Hi,
I got one query where i need to know if my father and uncle (his brother) both have share in flat but the flat is in my uncle name. Whereas the owners name in ration card is my father. Also all the maintainance, electricity bills are paid my my father.
Now my uncle is forcibly trying to bring some outside members to stay in this flat. Can he bring outside members to stay here without our permission?
Note that these members are not included ration card. Can we report this case in police station and will police support us in this case i.e. ask them (outside members) to lease this place?
