Last year on 30th May 2014, my meter was broken because of big storm in delhi, this was reported to BSES on 10th June 2014, thus i called call center and a line operator came and advise go to local office and give request to head, where my wife had gone many times but she could meet him after many visit, she gave him letter but did not take any acknowledgement, in the end of year 2014, few BSES employee came and clicked some picture of that meter and told me that i was tempering the meter, i told them that i am paying charges everything and there no sign was seen by any of their visitor to note the reading, also i was not leaving at that place hence this case should not be of theft but they did not understand this and last week they sent me letter that i was doing theft.
I need to appear in front of BSES in this week, please if someone can help me with advice, what should i do
