Dear All,
I own a flat in Punjab. Its been almost Three years I am residing in this flat. The builder has not provided all the amenities mentioned/shown in the brochure/video CD. Builder had put pressure on the residents to form RESIDENTS WELFARE SOCIETY two years back to which the residents has agreed and formed the association.
Since then he is just giving vague excuses to complete the pending works but nothing has been done on the ground level.He has only provided equipments for the gymnasium which too are of very inferior quality.
No parking space for all the owners, water leakage,seepage problem, internal road condition very bad.
RecentLy the society members met him to complete the pending works but he is threatening them to accept the amenities as it is (even it is not up to the mark) or he will remove the security guards(whom he is paying), or stop paying the common area electricity bills.
CAN HE LEGALY DO THIS?
WE ARE READY TO TAKE HANDOVER ONLY AFTER EVERYTHING IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BROCHURE/C.D.
KINDLY HELP WHAT TO DO NOW.
