I have purchased a NA-NOC residential plot in one of the scheme near Sanand, Gujarat in the year 2012.
The bulder have alloted a plot number to me and even have given me sales deed and dastavej.
Issue is that though plot number has been alloted since day 1, there is no actual plot alloted to me bearing the plot number. He is saying that indexing is yet to be done. It has been 3 years now, but he is giving the same reply.
Request your help as to how should I proceed with the same.
