Could anyone please share a draft building maintenance agreement, or mall maintenance agreement or Building Common Area Maintenance Services Agreement? This agreement would be between a Maintenance Agency who provides services for cleaning and maintenance of the common areas of a shopping mall and also to individual unit holders.
