burial ground occupied

Dear sir
Our religious burial ground is occupied by some other person who to consult to leave the occupied land and how to punish kindly update asap

Complain to the Municipality and a copy sends to the District Collector.

in my opinion, as the trespassing on burial places is a punishable offence under section 297 of Indian penal code. the case may be filed against the person trying to occupy such area.
this very offense of non bailable so the appropriate action could be taken.
