7/12 extract (village form VII-XII),Form no 6/Mutation extract/Hakka patra/Ferfar/D Patrak ,8/A Extract, Land revenue tax receipts, Village Map and Block Plan, Size, shape and dimension of plot, Access road and internal roads, Soil testing, Reservations, Agricultural land ceiling,Original title deeds, Legal search report and public notice, Encumbrances, Litigation, Demarcation, survey and boundary of land need to be checked by DILR, Disputes of boundary and family need to be settled before buying land,Sale permission,Agricultural land belonging to Adivasi……. 

The above documents should be checked for purchasing agricultural land in maharashtra

thanks for reply. Let me elobrate question. I do not hold any farmer certification of maharashtra. I am a small farmer of rajasthan. still can I buy agri land in maharashtra?
