Hello,
I am planning to buy a flat in Srirangam - Srinivasa nagar, Thiruvanakaval. I heard that during the registration they would stamp that as "pending registration", due to the land dispute between the Srirangam land and the temple.
Can anybody advice on the ground reality of this dispute and the probable impact if i go ahead and buy the flat.

Yes there seems to be some issues ,going on for long time, if i am right , SRIRANGAM devasom had won the case in trial court and so called aggrieved parties had gone on appeal against the said order in Madurai High court, you can check with local counsel for correctness of the same. It is better to have full check and get into it.
