Its upto the management to dedice if production related bonus (performance bonus) be paid monthly or otherwise. I understand that there should be no objection for production linked bonus / performance based bonus being paid monthly - which duly reflects in the pay records.

Hi Please confirm me, that limit is increased from 10000 to 21000. and calculation limit is 3500-7000.
but Please tell me , if any body getting salary in hand 28000(16000 Basic+6000 HRA+6000 Convey. Allow.). How we can calculate the bonus for that employee. Please help me to calculate procedure.
