Can 498a be challenged?

Dont even dream about it. Even after supreme court direction, still there are no proper investigation but hot arrests are very common to date. 498a is a gold egg laying duck, majority of law enforcement and lawyers themselves won't allow for any changes in law. Apart from this there is powerful lobbying for women rights, and they don't worry about sister in laws and mother in laws suffer. Actually this law is killing women than saving.

You can also way challenge it if you can show there was no proper investigation made by police, no proper circumstantial evidences collected by police or prima-facie don't fall as per the definition of cruelty of 498A. You should do this in-person. Please don’t expect any good lawyer for this. All will mislead you.

498A is a conspiracy to extort money of corrupted extortion racket.

High Courts rarely entertain quashing,its only 30% success.Better the fight the case in the trail court on merits engaging a good competent lawyer.

i am personally experienced 498A. 

Challenge the case and see that a good lawyar need to be. it is very simple to win 498A case. Its not big deal there are 62 ways to win. dont be disapointed by any means. let me know the stage of case. even if police gives against you and frames a report and chargesheet pull the police officers also in to the case.

points.

1. make sure you have strong evidene by your neighbour

2. Get medical certificate from doctor for your mental condition stating that you been effected by false 498A case and unfit for work.

3. post pone the case for every 4month make sure this case goes minmum 10years 

Atomatically case comes to closing stage with amicably withdrawal by both.

see that maximum deal for 498A must only 20k not more then that. pay 20k and get rid of it.

Note: after the 498A is commenced 99% LADIES in india has filed maximum cases taking advantage of it it is well known to every citizens. 

if you have many cases filed in differenct location connecting to 498A see to that club all of them.

  

Dear Sir,

I have also faced false complaint against my familiy members as 498A for last 2 year 4 month, i have all strong evidence to prove that this case is false.

Second thing my wife put Fir against my family as 498a last 2 year 4 month,so what can i do in these case, can be possible to put give my application to closure the case against my family or i have put complaint for District judge, please looks out matter seriously, your lower court judges not giving decision in 2 years 4 month her family dosen't attend single dates or going to High Court for further action.

Please give me a strong suggestion for closing this case ASAP.
