A case was filed under section 133 crpc for removal of public nuisance which was dismissed for default of appearance of both the parties,a petition to restore the case was filed and heard, the SDM hearing the case and with pertaining to medical grounds restored the case and disposed it off.The respondents filed revision on the grounds before session judge that restoration of cases is not maintainable under crpc and particularly under section 133.So please tell if it is possible to restore a case in such conditions and also please give some references so as citations related to the kind of case..its urgent..because someone's life is depending on this case.
