Can a suicide note be treated as a will

Can a suicide note be treated as a will

A lady while writing a suicide note, also writes her will in the same note and commits suicide. There are no witnesses to this note.

Can this note be treated as a valid will?

Not at all. A Will in order to be valid needs to be attested by two witnesses.

Even if there are witnesses for  suicide note, a person cannot be said to be in

a stable state of mind to write a WILL. This is debatable and hard to prove.

How do you distinguish between a person who was murdered for his property and forced

to write the such a note vs. a person writing a WILL and comiting suicide. Hard to say... if anything

such note can be harmful to the benefiicary under the note.

Dear sir, a will is two be attested by 2 witnesses and its recital should be for giving away the properties.
