Before that issue a registerd notice under CP Act and the remedy under CP Act costs you less than Rs.500/- nominal expenses if you appear as party in person and also you can go collectively with other students as , as a GROUP your success rate is more.

You may first of all go through the prospectus in this regard wherein the details of fee to be paid shall be clearly mentioned.
If there are any violation of their own condition then you may write to the authorities concerned bout it mentioning the clauses
If there is no response or they do not give you a favorable reply then you may resort to legal action by first issuing a legal action and then other legal action in furtherance
