Father has left behind his self acquired Property. Mother is alive and living with brother in one self acquired property of father.
Can the brother rent out another self acquired property of father to Sister via a rent agreement (between brother and sister?) or is it illegal ? (no power of attoryney given to brother by father or mother)
As its her father's self acquired property, will it not be her legal right to live in her father's property ?
If the agreement is illegal under what section does it fall.
