can daughter in law forcefully stay at fatherin law home without there permission. even home is name of father in law. father in law persently stay at rental home. bcz together stay is impossible, due to fear of false domastic voilance case, and false rape case all kind things. daughter in law daily fight with husband. She tourched him too much. she put hot plate on him or some time through pots. so he wrote application to poilce station and post it. he left and stay some other city. he is unemployed... earned little bit 5 to 8 thousand by private school teaching. even daughter in law also earning 5 to 8 thousand by teaching. Now Daughter in law case unde DV act section12 on her father and mother in law and 2 davars. father in law have next month of retirement. he earning nearly in hand 35 to 40 thousand. she asking mantance 20000 rs saying that father in law earning 70000rs. Asking and requested court that provide stay parmanently that father in law with 2 room. bcz she is alone in this city. she is claming 15 lakh rupees as mantaince from father in law. she told in applcation in DV case that father in law demanded alto car and 50000 rs as dowery. that case is completly false. bcz she said 2 devar (brother in law) and father in law and mother in law beaten on 25th june and 26th june. but that date 25 th june and 26 th june both brother in law out of city for site work ( proff bus and flight ticket and company attance sheet). her main purpose is to stop retirement money of father in law and stay that father in law home parmanently. bcz we could not stay together. if we stay she will go for rape case or nari utpidan something..father in law before that case in newpaper mention that my son have no right in my properties he separted from us and stay his own independed.... now case unde court. court said that she will stay in father in law home up to this case decsion.. one amazing thing is that she is not written any complaint abt her husband. even both separt each other stay 1 year 3 month. so my question is that daughter in law can stay father in law home even she case aginst them. or any other leagal pocedure to take out her home without doing any domestic voilance. bcz father in law after retirement want to peacefully stay at his only single hardly earned (loanable) home of whole life.
