Can family court judgements be given as reference in other family courts as well, mostly HC and SC judgements are given, but can anyone give references of family court judgements to defend his case?

@sainath.......i am not asking for any judgements, i am asking if i can give references of any other family court judgements in another family court or only HC and SC judgement are held valid?
