In many European Countries name of father need not be mentioned in the Birth Certificate as its not leglly compulsary to do so. Check this first with regard to France. Secondly, Indian Court cannot pass any order or writ for the foreign embassy to follow as those have international diplomatic immunity, any move by you through India Court will fail and will be just waste of money and time.If you so desire engage service of a lawyer and send a legal notice in this regard, any reply to this legal notice may serve your query and maybe your demand.
