Can I argue , cross exam, take over the case myself

Hi, In the divorce, 498a, child custody cases can I argue myself in DC, HC and SC using my mother tongue.

Remember one thing that law in theory and law in practice are like two poles staying apart.It is only practice that makes one perfect.Majority of the Judges are not party-in-person friendly.U cannot succed unless U have the knack for legalities that is a fundemental aspect.

Well U can argue UR case with the permission of the Hon'ble Court.If U R a tamilian U can argue in tamil in lower and high court of madras.
