Can i punish my gf?

can i punish my gf as she had given commitment to marry me but now neither she nor her family are willing for this marriage,she also had partially physical relation with me and had also share her p*rn pics of her by her willing.so now i want her in my life and if she denies i want case a file against her in court,can i file a case please tell me.she is khandayat and myself is khandayat.

In this country only girls have rights, rules , regulation. You can never punish a girl even if she rapes you. Better find a true 'girl'
