Can parents leave all their property for one child? What steps can be taken by the child who does not get anything?

Property through inheritance may not neccessarily be ancestral!

Parent can leave property to one child only through will. The other child can challenge the validity of will.

The religion of the parties: Hindu

The land was bought by the grandfather of the children.

The ground floor was built by the grandfather of the children.

The 1st floor and the 2nd floor was built by the father of the children.
