can session court has power to pre arrest bail under section ipc 307 ( attempt murder)

accuseds got regular bails after charge sheet file in court

now charge sheet frame time
court addment charge under section ipc 307

can session court have power to accuseds pre arrest bail in ipc 307 or accuseds send in judiciary custody
please tell me

Yes, if there is no apprehension of accused to absconding or tempering the evidence then.

victim also file case cancellation of accuseds bails in high court. victim say accuseds threat to kill him. now this case register in high court and next date hearing 3 march 2021

and now session court charge framed under section ipc 307

so please tell me session court pre arrest bail or accuseds sent to judicial custody
