Can she ask for maintenance after divorces as per 13b

Begging can be done at any point in time, beggars remain beggars, and though law tells not to beg, still beggars beg.  

Women cannot life dignified life with husband, they prefer to live alone and then beg husband money, dono how sane our lawmakers are and the law itself.  They want equality in all fields, but not in alimonny, they earn in lacs but beg for thousands.
