Can someone use inverse name of a company to form a company?

Can someone use inverse name of a company to form a new company, for example Elppa for Apple, Sllevah for Havells etc, dealing in same type of goods, is this legal?

In India, companies are most preferred when it comes to choosing a corporate structure for business and enable organisation with higher growth aspects.   1. Procure Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for Directors and Shareholders
  2. Reserve name of company under RUN
  3. Drafting and collection of documents including MoA & AoA
  4. Application for incorporation of company

similar names are not allowed to form a company but reversed spellings do not look similar
