Hi I have bought house in 2014 for 60 Lakh by Loan in LIC, still EMI is running.
There is dowry and divoruce case running in court my me and my wife.
now i am not able to pay the EMI from last 8 months - Bank is going to take over the house for auction.
My wife has bought a temporary injection order to not sell the house.
She has wirtten OS number on my house - is this valid to write a OS number without court permision.
kindly suggest.
