Dear Sir,
My mother's Father own one agricultural land Nr.Ahmedabad which was gifted by his uncle as he had no son. and he is known by two name (due to adoption). in 1974 he withdraw his name from his property and added his all benificiary children name including my mother, one sister, three brother and Grand morher. So since 1974 there was no name of my grand father in this property. After his death and rising price of agricultural land near ahmedabad. all three brothers of my mother palnned to take sign of my mother and her sister to withdraw her share without giving any single penny. but failed. and taken lots of money from various estate broker. we also had lots of call from broker by we have not taken any money from broker except one (it was planned by my mother's sister to take revenge).
1. Broker own power of Atorny signed by my mother but was not able to use the power due to stay, but my mother still dont know what was written in the Power of Atorny.
So to vanish her power as a sole of her share, I advised her to add our name under her name in 7/12 with the help of one of layer.
Now my mama(mother's brother) shown fake will prepared by my grand father after 7years of his death. stating that this property he is giving to only three son only. with submission this will our all name (mother, grandmother and mother's sister name, mine and my three sister's name are removed) since 1 year.
My question is how my grandfather can gift this gifted property. in perticularly in the case where his name is not there since 1974. to till his death.
Any how i am not much interested in this property but want to know still land is not sold and can i buy land at other places by my own earnings, as I am not having my name in 7/12 since one year?
