Hi all,
can anyone give information about-
1. whether there is any provision to cancel layout(residential)?
2. if yes, which?, and after cancellation of layout, what will be the status of the land?
3.who will be the owner of open space, roads?( present owner, original layout owner or government)
(layout is not developed, therefore the open space and roads, as per condition is not hand over to the government body, but the plots are sold and from plot holders one person purchased all the plots)
