Can you explain the meaning of this order by hc?

Hello all.. I want to know the exact meaning of this order by HC of Allahabad. And what does it precisely mean by premature petition being dismissed? Is the case still pending and will there be further hearings on this case? PLease Help!

"Hon'ble Vikram Nath,J.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

This petition has been directed against the order of the Deputy Registrar (Firms, Societies and Chits), Meerut dated 16.09.2009 whereby he has only directed the parties to appear before him along with the evidence and documents in support of their contentions. Further these proceedings have been drawn up pursuant to the liberty given by this Court in its judgment dated 08.07.2009 and the directions issued by this Court on 18.08.2009. No final adjudication has taken place as yet. The rights of the parties have not still been decided. The objection of the petitioners that the Deputy Registrar has no power to review can very well be raised before the said authority. Petition is premature. It is accordingly dismissed. "

It means unless petitioner put his objection or view/ evidence before registrar, and unless he has been finally deprived of his right. Petioner should not seek remedy directly in High Court.
