Hi,
I booked the Flat in Kalyan, Thane in Jan 2013, till now i have paid 20% down payment and in Feb 2013 agreement was made & registered after payment of SDR.
Now my Home Loan for bal 80% has been rejected & i will not be able to make the payment to the builder hence would like to cancel the agreement.
Please let me know in this case, whether i will get refund of SDR & also refund from the builder of 20% paid to him.
