Cancellation of Nomination

Hello Experts, I want to cancel my nominations from all banks and equity market and from other places, known and unknown, VOLUNTARILY. Just because I am appointed as a nominee of someone without my consent. How can I ?

Go to any banker, seek a prescribed format of nomination cancellation, get as many copies as required, send nomination cancellation either by Regd post or hand it personally.   In the same post, file fresh nominations with next date.  This is as simple as making simple call .

"The above guidance is for those who nominate.

If you have been nominated, you can at any time inform in writing both to the person and to the bank that you are not interested in such nomination and may request for deleting your name.  Send the notice by Regd post.  This is the first time, we are hearing from some one who wanted to cancel his name from the recorded list of nominee register.

For making nomination consent is not required.  It is not a contract.

According to my opinion you have to ask the person who has appointed you to remove you as his nominee only..
