the agreement is void in the eyes of law.
there is no need to cancel it.
its just a worthless piece of paper.
if its on 100 rs. stamp paper, u have wasted 100 bucks !

It is not vail, so dont worry about that.Only through court, you have to get mutual consent divorce.
