Hello All, My Issue is Ms Anita has executed a will and duly registered with the Authority. In the WILL Mr Amar, Mr Akbar and Mr Anthony is given the equal 1/4 Share. The Time when this WILL was executed Mr Akbar and Mr Anthony was Minor. Recently When Mr Akbar and Mr Anthony has attain the Adult age . Mr Amar has executed a Conveyance deed and registerd the same with the Authority. My Issue is My Amar Has executed a part of the property with taking a concent of Mr Akbar and Mr Anthony. So Mr Akbar and Mr Anthony has Filed a suit in with they have ask for the relife from the high court for the possession of the same property. Can any one tell me can Mr Amar can transfer the title of property when the same property is not legally partioned.
