Cancellation of release deed

DEAR SIR,

        MY FATHER  'A' AND MY UNCLES ARE 'B' & 'C' ,  THERE ANCESTRAL PROPERTY WERE DIVIDED IN THE 1955-56 SETTLEMENT AND 3 PATTA  / PARCHA  WERE MADE IN THERE NAME VIDE KHATAN No-62, 24, &67 RESPECTIVLY, AND MY NAME WAS ALSO MENTIONED IN MY FATHER'S PATTA AS A CO SHARE HOLDER AS I WAS ALSO MAJOR. BUT IN THE YEAR 1975  MY UNCLE 'B' FORCED ME AND MY FATHER TO MAKE A RELEASE DEEDFOR Ac.2-00 dec. OF LAND  IN  HIS NAME FROM OUR SHARE . i.e. FROM KHATA No-62, FOR WHICH ME AND MY FATHER ARE ABSOLUTE WONER , AND OUT OF FEAR ME AND MY FATHER MADE A  Regd. RELEASE DEED IN HIS NAME .  AFTER 20 YEARS MY FATHER DIED, NOW MY UNCLE OUT OF THAT Ac2.00 LAND SOLD Ac.1-00 LAND TO SOME PEOPLE AND REST 1 ACRE IS LYING VACATE , HOW EVER STILL THE SAID LAND IS RECORDED IN OUR NAME AND WE ARE PAYING THE LAND REVENUE FOR IT AND  MY UNCLE HAS NEITHER  GOT IT MUTATED IN HIS NAME NOR PAYING THE LAND REVENUE , MY  QUESTION IS THAT WHETHER THE RELEASE DEED IS A VALID DOCUMENT ,WHETHER I CAN GET IT CANCELLED IN A CIVIL COURT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL WAY IS THER E TO CHALLENGE THE RELEASE DEED AN HOW CAN I WILL GET IT BACK . PLEASE SUGGEST.

Yes you can but ready to explain the court the delay and the proof of fear.
