cancellation of sale deeds.

we are 2 sisters married before 1984 and we have one younger brother who was minor in 1986 when our father and Mother are deceased.Later when he became major and got his name in RoR and all other govt records for total 26 acre(total father self acquired ).
In 1998 he sold 1 acre to 3rd party ,in 2007 he transfered 10 acres to his wife as gift,and in 2008 he sold 4 acres to 3rd party and from 1998 to 2015 he mortagaged all property several time to banks and private persons.finally in 2015 he and his wife sold all remaining property in their both names. And now recently the 3rd party sold 15 acres to new party and he got in to possession.
Now can we file suit for cancellation of sale deeds.

You mean to say that there are two sisters and one brother;

The brother after attaining majority gifted/sold/mortigated the property /

Now the two sisters want to calim the share  ,right ?

Yes sir...Father and mother decreased before 1987 ,total father self acquired property,we are never in possession as on today.

There is too much delay,why have you been sleeping over your rights; The sisters are having due share  in the property of their father however if there is any will deed then  that shall prevail and the shares shall be according to that;

You must instantly challenge the sales deeds and mean while file a suit for partition and posseion against your brother; make all other persons(who posses or have purchased the land in question) /financail institutions (who have granted lonas on the properties) as parties.

Just creat a huge pressure upon him so that he would come to negotiate.

Sir now he don't have any property .He and his wife sold away all properties.

you can challenge the sale deeds but the proces would be very very hectic ,as it is too much delay already

Just you need to creat some kind of presuure upon the persons who purchsed  the property and issue them notices  and make them feel that their title  is defective,it will be consuming time and money.
