cantonment act 2006 comes under cpc or not.in cantoment act2006 under section 344 once the order is given it attains finallity but inspite of it the appelate authority revised its own judgement though the cantonment act2006 does not allow if to do so can you give some citation on this point the matter was urged in wrip petition in highcourt that under section 344 of cannonment act order has attained its finality the high court remanded the matter back to appelate authority to consinder this issue but inspite of it the appelate authority revised its own order kindly let me know the remendy or point i should ask the highcourt for relief
