car loan

sir i have taken a car loan from state bank of india when I was in job but now I was removed from govt job. there was criminal case was lodged by my department for miss appropriation of funds. the car was purchased from that miappropriated funds. now I was removed from job and i am not able to refund car loan. so bank is taking my car because of non payment of car loan. whether that car can be sold by bank and settle the loan eventhough there is case on that car. please help me what I have to do.
