Car Parking Woes

Can owner of a flat who has rented his place park his vehicle in the society premises?

He can, provided his tenant also does not park his car in the parking space.

Thanks for the reply Sir. What if the society committee doesn't allow the owner to Park since he is not staying in the building & has given it on rent?

These are not the things provided for in any law.

You have to discuss things with the Society and convince them.  

All these things only go to show, that though the members form the Society, but do not know how to conduct them as a Society for the welfare and well being of all.

If he is alloted a parking space he or his tenant is entitled to park his vechile. If not the same needs to be discussed the matter at Society meeting.
