ha aap maanhani case kar sakte hain

Meri wife govt job krti hai....kya unki job pr effect padega?? govt job abi join ki hai jisme instructions thi ke agar 3 year mein apke uper koi case file hota hai toh apko job se nikal diya jayega ...kya esa ho skta hai ??

Aap unko definately confront kar sakte ho at the cross examination stage with the FIR where she says she is not married.  This by itself is a good enough reason for her Divorce to get dismissed.  Lekin aap ko kya chahiye?  Kya aap ko apni shaadi bachani hai? If yes, then maan hani ksa case file karke kya fayda? 

Muje divorce chaiye mam ....meri love marriage thi....jab meri wife ko job mil gai toh unki family aur wife change ho gai...mei apni wife ko job se nikalna chahta hu....police se meri bahut insult krwa di false iljam lga kr

Not necessarily.  Agar aap ko bhi Dovorce chahiye, then file for declaring the marriage null and void on the ground of fraud/ misrepresentation. 

You can file defamation case but why you want to increase litigation. You may file counter claim and can refute the false claim of girl side and when you disprove the allegation false only then you can file defamation case.
