case details urgently needed

Hi dear all,

I am working in EOU and having some doubt regarding calculation of DTA entitlement. I have find one case in which dec. given by tribunal is mentioned, however ,I am not very sure about the exact meaning of the judgement in the absence of whole case, can somebody provide me entire text of the caes .
