Need some guidance, this is with regards to our apartment welfare association, 2 individuals had filled a case against the association in a wrong court which doesn't have jurisdiction of location of our property, association filled counter stating that this court doesn't have jurisdiction, this case is dragging for last 2 years because of this a part of money due from the builder is withheld, this case is coming again on 5th Mar, every time the case is getting adjourned due to non filling of counter by the petitioner.
How do we bring to the notice of the honorable judge that this court doesn't have jurisdiction in this case since the property is situated in a different location, need expert suggestion
