Some greedy and disgruntled elements had filed a false and baseless case against two of our family properties naming seven ladies as defendants. The defendants have clear documents of title, i.e. sale deed executed 75 years ago. The plaintiffs calling themselves as committee members of a local temple (a fake committee) have filed a case claiming that a name "Guyya Mahadevaru" is present in RTC and it refers to their God and the land be given to them and the sale deeds executed several decades ago be cancelled. Even though this fake name appears in many other properties of this locality, they have not filed case against any of them. Hence this is a clear case of "Arbitrary and discriminatory, time barred and based on revenue entry which is not a document of title. More over they have targetted only seven innocent ladies and have tortured them for nearly six years by this legal terrorism. The case is at its final stage and we want to take revenge against the perpetrators of this crime against women. Please suggest the easy and best way to bring them to justice including claiming damages and costs. Thanks in advance for your valuable suggessions.
