Case on bride's relative for giving dowry

But on what basis/proof a groom can make a case on bride's family?

On the basis of her allegation that she / her family given dowry. Like in FIR, her reply given in court enclosed with affidavit.

in bride's statement which she and her family member filed u/s 498a and 125 that they try to give some amount of cash to groom's family member before marriage and groom's family members very politely said no, is enough to file a case against bride's family members

No, there is diffrence between "try to give cash" and "given dowry"

court cases are end less journey whatever may be the opinion of either side.

start new life. Go in rural area your self , tour around . you will get solution . Middleman is no solution.

Then there is no hope/way to make case against bride's family.

Only groom's family is there to face those false cases.
