Divorce case is not posted for any commission, So be sure what does DAILY ORDERS tell. it may be some other term which u misunderstood. read daily-orders for that date & let us knw, what exactly is written by judge

Mr.William,

Kindly make inspection of the court records to know what actually needs to be done in the case. In my humble view the court issues commission for verification of facts by the commissioner appointed by it.

Hope this clarifies

Thanks and best regards

Daksh
