Wife filed a false 498a case against husband after 1.5 yrs of marriage and after getting her pre-marital loan repaid from her husband. She left the matrimonial house with little baby girl and started working by getting a handsome salary package. Husband found acquainted by the court and gets an ex-parte divorce also. Is there any case that the husband can file against wife to teach her a lesson as husband’s family suffered social, mental, physical humiliations and financial loss. Husband also left the job due to such humiliations but the wife is still working with a good salary or the court itself will panalise the wife for filing such false 498a case?
