Dear querist, when your husband filed RCR at Kancheepuram court.  But you are residing at Tambaram.  It is to me, the wife's residence is generally taken into account.  It is better to engage an advocate having knowledge in divorce/family matter.  If necessary he will file transfer of the case to your residing place on behalf you.
