Cases against foundations.

Please suggest some cases against foundations.

For example, wrong diagnoses or providing the poor and needy with expired medicines..anything.

Also they have mobile vans operating all around India..are they allowed to randomly go around and setting up camps and treating the poor and the needy even if it's for free.

Secondly,Who is liable if something goes wrong because they have the consent of the people.

Thirdly, are their any restrictions on these mobile vans, are they suppose to be of some particular type,a specified model or speed limit etc.

Please help.
