you have not informed :-
(i) whether you are really OBC
(I) if yes OBC for state Govt or central Govt
(iii) whether you are not in creamy layer
so no view can be formed.

hello sir, previously i got caste certificate as 3B. (veerashiva.lingayat) i dont know it comes in state or central.
about creamy layer i have no idea iam living in bangalore by birth
