i am alok mandal from nagpur , sir we are basically from west bengal and migrated to maharashtra in 1968 sir we are of caste NAMASHUDRA which is recognised as schedule caste in west bengal but not in maharashtra .
sir i was born in 1991 in nagpur and is currently in 12 th standard and want to make my caste certificate but have following douts
1) can i get schedule caste certificate from nagpur as my caste is recognised as schedule caste in west bengal?
2)if yes then what should be the name of the state in which the caste is recognised?
