VIOLATION OF CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS AND OTHER INDIAN LAWS IN MY     GRIEVANCE    

1. अनुसूचित जाती और अनुसूचित जनजाति (अत्याचार निवारण ) नियम ,संशोधित नियम 1995

(a)Physical, mental, psychological, emotional or monetary harm.

(b)Institute false, malicious or vexation suit or criminal or other legal proceeding against a member of Scheduled Tribe.

     2.  मानवाधिकार संरक्षण अधिनियम, संशोधित 2006

     3.  संविधान की प्रस्तावना

     4. अनुछेद 14-17 समानता का अधिकार

     5. अनुछेद 19-21 स्वतंत्रता का अधिकार

     6. अनुछेद 142

    7. उच्चतम न्यायालय द्वारा पारित आदेश और DOPT द्वारा जारी आदेश पत्र

    8. अन्तराष्ट्रीय विश्व संघठन द्वारा जारी नियम

Every citizen in Republic is equal.

experts in this forum are using their own precious time, electricity and net usage for rendering free advise to real victims.

These experts are not at all interested to advise anyone as to how to walk away with undue money.

You cannot dictate as to what free advise should be given to you.

i am not dictate sir, you take this whole case in your own manner. i came to home in leave due to diseases after intimating my employer. i am not walking, im totally dependent on wages, the excess payment transferred in my bank a/c. it was not my mistake

i was requesting my office, when i recover from disease, i will your money or you can recover from my salary. i have not cghs card and dont know about ama facility . when office inform me about this facility on 15.07.16 and i have make documents for reimburse on 22.07.16 they given a termination order. do u not feel , it is fast (some conspiracy i dont satisfied their ego) and i raise my voice against their discrimintion ,it is wrong improper unwarranted.

Even if not satisfied, you may appraoch some local service law expert and discuss, you have option to approach law / further appeal if not satisfied the outcome in your dispute .

Requested to maintain decorum and repect the selfless serves provided by the experts.

is it fault of this forum?

or you voluntarily did not avail CGHS card to avoid govt medical certificate.

not clear whether documents given by you did meet norms.

For getting private treatment (unless emergancy) you need written permission of the deptt to go to a specific CGHJS panel hospital.  Your blog doe snot indicate whether you did it.

Not at all the infrerences are apparent from the facts given by you and you alone.

Please donot confuse the issues. The entire City of Mumbai is covered by CGHS Scheme.

not navi mumbai...the hra paid to gp

not able to live in mumbai on rental and the accommodations for govt.servant are not available up to 5 years.

so the discussion is over, court will decide what is right or wrong
