CAW cell MoU settlement ?

The settlement should be at Mediation centre of Government /  Mediation center in Courts have authentic settlement from where no body can back out. MOU in CAW cell proceedings have no authenticity and any body can back out alleging false allegation collusion and connivance of police officials. Get the matter referred to mediation center of Govt or of court.

Well if the Mou is regarding Giving and taking. Of stri dhan and mutual divorce, kindly do enter into such agreement but dont make any payment in caw cell. Make payment only in court in mutual divorce process. You can give the reference of divorce in MOU and proceed accordingly. Get and keep the copy of MOU.Regards advocate Pradeep kumar 09871765000

The validity of a MOU/agreement depends where it has been drafted as advised by Mr Rajiv best place to draft the agreement is govt agency or mediation cell (ADR)which r inside courts

even MOU/agreement in the mediation cell can be challegened by giving arguments that it has be done under pressure so best way is to get record the statements after signing the mou the brief process is as follows-

once it gets drafted there the mediation cell sends its report to court back and then the court sends u to record ur statements once ur statements r recorded in the court it becomes leagel binding agreement and if any party tries to disobey it ,action can be taken against him

Thank you for replies what is the mediation in women cell ? Is it not govt approved ?I read in some mou sample at mehnat.in that, if settlement takes place in caw cell the amount will be divided in 3 emis 1st will be paid at the tym of signing the mou and rest 2 in court is it safe to go like this? And all the stridhan will be returned to girl in caw cell after signing of mou.?? Is all this a safe n secured process to come out of false allegations ?
