certificate withheld

Hi, my name is BalaKrishnan from Coimbatore. I am undergoing an unfortunate situation joined a company called as Pranas Technologies (P) Ltd, Software Company as Deputy Manager Marketing. Had joined the company and they had asked to submit my certificates and had given the same to the company. I worked for a month and later after a month I had got an opportunity to fly abroad, which was discussed to the hr. Inturn they asked me to either pay my one month salary or serve notice period of two months. But I have not got my salary for the month I have worked which I felt not to ask for due to my immediate relieving from the company. I had given a mail to the hr explaining the same. The HR has met with accident and is on leave for almost a month. People who are still working in the company have not got the salary for the month of June now its almost July end. So, I don't think the company would pay me even if I serve the notice period. What is the solution for getting my certificate ?
